Product Description
A traditional evergreen conifer with bright golden-yellow foliage which reaches upwards to a point. They hold their colour all year round.

Originating from Monterey California on the west coast of America, this cypress tree has a natural resistance to salt water – making it a popular choice in seaside locations around Britain. Fast growing, it is a versatile plant that can be used for hedging, windbreaks, or even trained into a topiary shape. The Goldcrest emits a lovely lemon scent when trimmed, cut or crushed.

All conifers are known for their hardiness and resilience against the elements. We often think of them being heavily covered with snow during the winter, but they can look equally as bold and impressive against a bright blue summer sky. The size of conifers can vary from 100cm shrubs to 60m tall trees. In fact even a slow-growing miniature conifer may grow up to 3m (10ft) tall at maturity.
